These Terms of Service govern your use of Spank Phone ("the App"), developed by Alberto Bruno ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Spank Phone is an entertainment app that uses your device's motion sensors to detect physical impacts and respond with sound effects and visual reactions. That's it. It's not medical software. It's not therapy. Though it might feel therapeutic.
You are responsible for how you interact with your device. We are not responsible for any damage to your phone, your dignity, or your relationships resulting from the use of this App. Please slap responsibly.
The App does not currently offer in-app purchases.
All content in the App, including sound effects, illustrations, and design, is owned by Alberto Bruno or used under valid license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
The App is intended for entertainment purposes only and is rated 17+ on the App Store. The audio and visual content is comedic in nature and not intended to be explicit or offensive.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that slapping your phone is a good idea in any context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alberto Bruno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
