Spank Phone ("the App") is developed by Alberto Bruno ("we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect — spoiler: almost nothing.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as names, email addresses, or accounts. No sign-ups required.
The App uses your device's accelerometer (motion sensor) to detect impacts. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere.
The App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to track anonymous install and usage metrics (e.g. new installs, app opens). RevenueCat may collect non-personal data such as device type, operating system version, country, and app version. This information is used solely to understand general usage trends. No personally identifiable information is collected or linked to you.

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases.
The App integrates with RevenueCat for anonymous analytics. No other third-party SDKs or services that collect user data are used.
The App is rated 17+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, this is straightforward.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
